Pack Your Items
Ensure the garments are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping bag if possible.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
